James Tait D.C.
Dr. James Tait grew up in Richmond, Virginia where he attended Virginia Commonwealth University and received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Exercise allowed him to discover his passion for getting patients well without medication.
He traveled to Port Orange, Florida to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. While in chiropractic school, Dr. Tait studied various clinical techniques which enabled him to treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions.
While in Chiropractic school, he was also fortunate enough to meet his wife Dr. Ansley Turner. She is a native Kentuckian. Dr. Tait opened Central Kentucky Chiropractic with Ansley and her sister, Dr. Jenna Turner.
Dr. Tait enjoys sports like football, golf and outdoor activities and is looking forward to enjoying all that Kentucky has to offer. Dr. Tait is proud to be a part of the Lexington community!

Dr. Jenna Turner is a Kentucky state-licensed and Board Certified Chiropractor. Born in Danville, she is a proud native of the Bluegrass state and is happy to serve the Lexington community. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at Transylvania University and went on to receive her Doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic-FL.
Dr. Turner loves the outdoors and can be found hiking, kayaking, and traveling any chance she can. She also loves staying active. Spin, yoga, Pilates, and weight training are some of her favorite activities.
She enjoys working with gym-goers, competitors, student-athletes, and those that enjoy physical activity as well. She is passionate about treating those who prioritize their health and wellness. It is always her goal to help provide the best quality of life and function for each and every one of her patients.
ansley turner D.C.
Dr. Ansley Turner is a Danville, KY native. She had a running injury when she was in high school and saw multiple doctors for the pain that she was experiencing with little to no relief. She began seeing a Chiropractor soon after and still remembers limping into the office and then walking out after the first adjustment.
She quickly realized the impact chiropractic care could have on the people around her and decided to attend Chiropractic school after finishing her undergraduate degree.
She attended Transylvania University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Dr. Turner graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL, and moved back to The Bluegrass to treat the Lexington community. While in the student clinic, Dr. Turner grew passionate about working in pediatrics and pre and postnatal care. Dr. Turner is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has taken over 200 hours of courses with the ICPA. She is one of the three current Board-Certified Pediatric Chiropractors in the state of Kentucky. Dr. Turner is excited to be back in The Bluegrass, practicing with her husband and sister!
